Vibrating Table
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Vibro Flux vibrating and compaction tables are heavy-duty platforms built to compact, settle and densify material inside moulds, containers and packaging units. The vibrating table delivers controlled vertical oscillation through motor-driven eccentric weights, producing void-free, uniform density in a fast and repeatable cycle.
Three application areas account for most of our compaction table demand: paver block and interlocking tile manufacturing, foundry sand mould compaction, and pharmaceutical powder densification with FMCG packaging settlement. Each industrial vibrating table we supply is matched to the platform size, frequency range and load capacity the application requires, and we confirm these parameters with you before manufacturing begins.

Key benefits
Working Principle
& Benefits
A vibration table machine uses vibrating motors mounted beneath the steel platform. Eccentric weights inside each motor generate centrifugal force, oscillating the platform at a frequency set by motor speed and an amplitude set by the weight angle. The material on the platform fluidises briefly, friction between particles drops, air pockets escape, and the mix settles into a denser, more uniform pack that removes voids and improves mould accuracy.
Removes air voids for stronger, denser products.
Suits concrete, sand, powder and granular materials.
Adjustable frequency and amplitude for different materials.
Repeatable results across long production runs.
Cuts manual compaction labour and rework.
Lowers rejection rates through consistent compaction quality.
Why choose us
BUILT FOR COMPACTION. ENGINEERED FOR CONSISTENCY.
01
ROBUST PLATFORM CONSTRUCTION
Vibro Flux builds each vibrating compaction table on a welded steel frame with spring-isolated mounts, so the platform holds its alignment under continuous industrial use. This construction resists fatigue cracking and limits vibration transfer to the floor.
02
ADJUSTABLE VIBRATION CONTROL
A variable frequency drive lets you set the exact intensity and frequency the material needs, from light packaging settlement to dense paver block compaction. You can adjust the cycle on site as material batches change, without ordering a different motor.
03
APPLICATION SPECIFIC SIZING
We size each industrial vibrating table to the mould or container dimensions you supply, rather than asking you to adapt your tooling to a fixed platform. This includes multi-station layouts and custom mounting points suited to your load.
04
RESPONSIVE QUOTATION AND DELIVERY
Fewer manufacturers build this equipment compared to screens or feeders, so when you request a compaction table quotation from Vibro Flux, you get a direct response and a realistic delivery date. Our team confirms specifications before quoting, avoiding delays.
05
PROVEN ACROSS PRODUCTION LINES
From paver block units to pharmaceutical packaging lines, Vibro Flux tables run in continuous production where consistent density is not optional. Operators rely on the same platform for years before requesting a replacement, keeping total cost of ownership low.

Frequently Asked Questions
Share your production requirements, and our team will recommend the right equipment.
What is a vibrating table used for?
A vibrating table, also called a vibration table or compaction table, is a platform that oscillates at a set frequency and amplitude to compact, densify or settle material inside a mould or container. Typical uses include paver block moulding, foundry sand compaction, precast concrete de-airing, pharmaceutical powder settling, and FMCG packaging settlement.
Which industries use a vibrating compaction table?
Vibrating compaction table finds extensive usage in paver block and precast concrete industry, foundries, pharmaceutical production, food processing, ceramics and FMCG packaging. This is developed to increase the material density, remove air gaps, and ensure uniform product quality for many different types of industries.
What is the price of a vibrating table in India?
The vibrating table price relies on numerous aspects such as the size of the platform, load capacity, material of construction, the arrangement of the vibration motors, and the need for customisation. Each application has different operational requirements; thus, we recommend you provide your specs to our staff for an accurate compaction table quotation.
Can I buy vibrating table equipment built to a custom platform size?
Yes. Vibro Flux supplies custom platform dimensions, load capacities and mounting layouts for OEM and production line integration. Send us your mould dimensions and production rate, and we will confirm whether a standard model fits or a custom build is needed. We also support paver block machine OEMs that need a compaction table built to a fixed mounting specification.
Where can I find an industrial vibrating table for sale with fast delivery?
Vibro Flux keeps common platform sizes in production and can usually confirm a delivery date within 24 hours of receiving your specification. Contact our sales team directly to check current stock and lead time before you buy a vibrating table.
