The Vibro Flux Bin Vibrator is positioned externally on the hopper or silo wall, where it produces controlled vibrations which break material bridges and reduce internal friction, allowing bulk materials to discharge gently by gravity. Electric types use an eccentric vibrating motor; pneumatic models use pressurised air where electrical equipment is not suited. 

The Bin Activator employs a motor-driven conical head mounted at the hopper outlet to facilitate consistent mass flow without transmitting vibration to the silo structure, making it suitable for large storage systems and cohesive materials.
